I find my constant in the mystical landscapes of East Clare. Here, inspiration, challenge, and comfort coexist, reminding me of the spiritual rhythm of life and the music that can emerge from stillness.
Though my Irish traditional music is grounded in the East Clare style, compositions like The Legacy, The East Clare Jig, Inis Cealtra, and Walk with Me echo a sense of place, carrying the textures of land, mood, and ancestry.
My creative nature is rooted in the mystical landscape around me: the woods and hedgerows, the hills and valleys, the waters of Lough Derg, and the ancient presence of Inis Cealtra. This place is both my home and my inspiration, anchoring my personal life and creative practice.
I am drawn to the liminal space in music – the breath between two notes, the moment where the past fades and the future has not yet begun. Now, in this new phase of my creative journey, I find myself once again pushing beyond familiar boundaries – I am exploring more deeply the space between – between two moments, between ancient heritage and our interpretation of now, between the world we remember and the one we are creating.
My compositions continue to evolve within this quiet place of possibility.

In a time where we have witnessed so much post production in the studio, it’s refreshing to hear an album that pares this to the core... An album full of little gems along the way, this comes highly recommended.
